TriB is a Dance + Mind-Body movement experience that blends Belly Dance, Ballroom, and Beautiful Flow into a structured dance fitness method.
The TriB Philosophy
TriB is rooted in feminine movement traditions and embodied awareness. Together, these principles help create a movement experience that values technique, expression, confidence, musicality, and movement understanding.
Music is intentionally curated to highlight diverse female artists and voices from around the world. Rather than serving as background sound, music becomes an active part of the movement experience, supporting creativity, confidence, expression, and connection.
Embodied Awareness
Embodied awareness means understanding and learning the movement—not simply following it.
Through TriB’s flow tracks, participants are encouraged to explore questions such as:
• What am I actually doing?
• Where is the movement coming from?
• What is the shape of the movement?
Participants learn breathing patterns, muscle activation cues, posture, alignment, and movement technique to develop greater understanding, control, confidence, and ease in motion.
The Method. The Meaning. The Mission.
Why TriB Was Created
TriB was not created to compete with high-intensity fitness culture. It was created as a response to it.
After years as a professional dancer and athlete, Candice experienced profound physical changes due to chronic neurological health challenges. Her body required healing, pacing, recovery, nervous system awareness, regulation, and sustainable movement. Instead of trying to outrun those challenges, she chose something different: she designed a fitness experience that worked with the body rather than against it. TriB was born from that decision.
The Meaning Behind the Name
TriB is a coined name derived from Tri, meaning three, and B representing the three foundational pillars of the method: Belly Dance, Ballroom, and Beautiful Flow.
Together these pillars form a three-pillar structured dance fitness plus mind-body method designed to integrate strength, fluidity, balance, breath integration, and restoration.
What Makes TriB Different
TriB is designed around cycles:
Move → Regulate → Train → Restore → Lead → Recover
Each class includes ritual warm-ups, rehearsal tracks, choreography waves, breathwork integration, mind-body yoga flow, intentional muscle engagement, floor Pilates and abdominal control, restorative stretching, quiet relaxation, and closing breathwork.
Participants leave feeling grounded, capable, and reconnected to themselves.
Music is intentionally selected to support feminine artistry, expression, and storytelling.
Mission Statement
TriB exists to help people move beautifully, build strength, and reconnect with themselves through dance, movement, and restoration.
